Where do I even begin to express my gratitude and how stoked we all are. Gavin, Simon, Steve & the Leigh Homes Team have built a bespoke and stunning home. The quality is outstanding but it is the solar passive design, quality insulation, creative use of space and natural light that I am so excited about.
On the hottest of hot days there were crews trenching, plumbing, bricklaying, you name it .. and even my new neighbours have delighted in watching the build come to life.
Gavin took me seriously and delivered (and I promise you that when I first started seeking builders all the well known builders did NOT have the time of day for me).
SI recently bought a small brand new unit (from a developer) that has been built by Leigh Homes mainly due to the very good quality of the finish compared to other units I had seen during my search. Simon the Director and Steve the Construction Manager of Leigh Homes have been helpful in resolving a few minor issues with the unit post purchase. I am very happy with my unit and would definately recommend Leigh Homes as a Builder to anyone looking to build.
